CONTRACT
IMPERIAL PUPPY PALACE IS NOW OFFERING LAY-A-WAY ON THE PUPPY OF YOUR CHOICE. WE USUALLY HAVE ALL BREEDS PLUS SOME DESIGNER BREEDS AVAILABLE. COME PICK OUT THE PUPPY OF YOUR CHOICE, PAY A DEPOSIT OF AT LEAST 10% ($50.00 MINIMUM) AND THEN MAKE PERIODIC PAYMENTS UNTIL THE PUPPY IS PAID IN FULL. ALL PUPPIES HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN TWO (2) MONTHS FROM DATE OF LAYAWAY CONTRACT OR YOU FORFIET WHAT YOU HAVE PAID AND THE PUPPY GOES BACK ON THE MARKET TO BE SOLD TO THE NEXT BUYER. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO BE ABLE TO BUY THAT PUPPY YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY A LARGE PRICE AT ONE TIME. BELOW IS OUR LAY-A-WAY CONTRACT WHICH YOU WILL SIGN UPON PUTTING YOUR PUPPY ON LAY-A-WAY. ONCE THE PUPPY IS PAID IN FULL YOU CAN TAKE HIM/HER HOME.
LAY-A-WAY AGREEMENT FOR A SPECIFIC TERM
This lay-a-way contract is written between VICKI STRONG (“Seller”) and ______________________ (“Purchaser”) on this _____day of ___________,20___ and states as follows:

The Purchaser is purchasing a F/M ______________ dog by means of the lay-a-way plan offered by Seller.
